If you represent a business entity (importer, tailor boutique, apparel brand), you warrant that you hold full legal authority to bind your company to these Terms. If you disagree with any clause within the Agreements, you are prohibited from all use of mariswear.com.

2. Eligibility Rules

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register a buyer account or submit commercial order inquiries.
  • All Users accessing wholesale pricing, private label OEM solutions, and factory sample services must operate a legitimate apparel retail, wholesale, or corporate uniform business. We reserve the right to reject account registration from non-commercial individual consumers.
  • We provide services for global cross-border trade; you confirm compliance with all import/export laws of your resident country when placing bulk suit orders through our platform.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

All content displayed on mariswear.com is exclusive intellectual property of BestU Tech Co.,Ltd., protected by global copyright, trademark, design patent, and trade secret laws:

7. Product & Platform Disclaimer of Warranties

All wool suit product descriptions, fabric composition data, sizing charts, case study project results, and service introductions on the Site are provided “as-is” without express or implied warranties:
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free website operation; temporary downtime may occur for server maintenance or platform upgrades

  • Estimated bulk production lead times and shipping schedules are non-binding preliminary quotations, subject to fabric supply chain fluctuations

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall BestU Tech Co.,Ltd. be liable to you or your business for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or lost profit damages arising from your use of mariswear.com, including:
  • Lost wholesale revenue, failed corporate uniform tender bids, or delayed brand launch timelines
  • Data loss from website technical failures
  • Third-party logistics or customs delays impacting your bulk suit orders
     
    Our total aggregate liability for all claims connected to Site use shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for sample or production services in the preceding 12-month period.

9. Order & Wholesale Transaction Supplementary Terms

All bulk wool suit OEM/ODM orders confirmed via our platform are governed by separate formal sales contracts issued after quotation approval. These Terms of Use act as supplementary binding rules for pre-order inquiry and account activity, not a replacement for formal production sales agreements. Pricing displayed on the Site is preliminary wholesale quotation only and subject to final written confirmation from our sales team before order commencement.

10. Modification of Terms

We retain the absolute right to revise these Terms of Use at any time to reflect updated platform services, cross-border trade regulations, or intellectual property protection rules. Updated terms will be published on the website footer with a clear “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted via a site notification banner for 30 days. Your continued browsing or account activity after the effective date of revisions constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the commercial laws applicable to our global headquarters jurisdiction, excluding conflict of law rules.
